Effective September 1, Lisa Clark-Musschoot, Nurse Practitioner, has paused registration of new patients. This will be reevaluated at a later date.
We are pleased to welcome Anthony St. Onge, Nurse Practitioner, who is now accepting new patients in the following age groups:
Children, youth, and adults ages 5–35
Adults age 60 and older
Men of all ages
Registration is by telephone only.
Patients must call the clinic during regular office hours to register. We are a small clinic with a single telephone line and one Medical Office Assistant. If there is no answer, our receptionist is assisting another caller. Please wait and try again later.
Please do not email the clinic or attend the clinic in person to register. Registration cannot be completed by email or in person. Patients who attend the clinic solely to register will be asked to call the office instead.
