Evolve Counselling and Wellness LTD came about as a result of the co-owners sharing love and experience in the mental health community and wellness sector of Saskatoon. The owners, Kristen Humphries MSW, RSW and Shannon Hurley MSW, RSW. It was recognized by the pair that they wanted to offer the community something more than a solution-focused, six sessions or less, approach to mental health and wellness. The desire to create a space which supports holistic practitioners  and counsellors in meeting clients where they are at in their wellness journeys.

Evolve’s doors are open to all ages, demographics, and is a LGBTQ2S+ safe space. Evolve provides individual, couples, and family counselling – practitioners have worked with children as young as 4 years of age. Most counsellors are covered by Non-Insured Health Benefits, which is specific to individuals with Treaty Status, and all counsellors are approved providers with Victim Services . Evolve has substance use and prevention services, dietitians, and a reiki practitioner. Our services are confidential, judgment free and trauma informed. The team at Evolve is trained in numerous modalities and approaches, and are always working towards expanding knowledge and education, allowing us to better support their community.
